Can you ship to a PO Box?

We prefer to ship orders to a physical address, though we can send to a P.O. Box as long as the goods aren't liquids or Dangerous Goods.

How do I know the cost of freight?

A flat fee of $12.50 plus GST is charged for each order sent within Southeast Queensland broadly defined as the area boarded by Toowoomba, metropolitan Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. This flat fee may not apply to larger items such as medical furniture.

The cost of shipping to all other areas is according to the size and weight of your order. This is only calculated upon despatch.

When will my order be despatched?

Depending upon demand, all orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.

Order for delivery to the Southeast Queensland area should be delivered the next day.

Orders received before 2pm for delivery outside the Southeast Queensland area will be despatched the same day and delivery will be dependant upon the delivery location.
